Following completion of a successful 2016, Advanced Semi, a wholesale distributor of electronic components and maintenance products. to high technology manufacturers, is expanding its market coverage in North America.  We are seeking ambitious individuals with aspirations of developing and growing a career in High Technology sales. Upon successful completion of initial paid sales training, the new recruit will be member of our talented successful nationwide sales team. Qualified applicants must be high achievers, assertive, persuasive, result-oriented, fast-paced and motivated. Passion for achievement and a positive attitude is essential! The successful candidates will be provided with a great opportunity for professional, personal and financial growth in this challenging, yet rewarding position.

○ Initiate and maintain contact with prospects and customers professionally and responsibly
○ Research and prospect new leads as needed
○ Maintain, contact and qualify a prospect and customer database
○ Research, cultivate, develop and maintain business relationships with existing and new customers through consultative approach to maximize revenue and client growth
○ Provide product and market information to customers while promoting the company’s product and services
○ Respond, support and follow up on customers’ inquiries before, during, and after sales, primarily via telephone and email in a timely manner while delivering exceptional customer service
○ Provide face-to-face or online presentations, such as WebEx, to his/her own customers or to the assigned sales territory
○ Participate in daily meetings and ongoing training sessions to develop relevant knowledge and skills
○ Occasional travel to meet and greet with customers and new prospects; and attend trade shows as necessary

○ Document and take notes of daily activities

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

○ Electronic-related B2B professional sales preferred, but not required
○ Excellent communication skills – phone and written within all levels of the company and customers
○ Possess good presentation abilities and superb interpersonal skills
○ Commitment to world class customer services
○ Bachelor’s Degree required
○ Ability to travel (10-20%) is required
○ Recent college graduates welcome to apply
